We have just celebrated the Easter and the Risen Lord has promised us that He would be with us until the end of the World. He will send His Holy Spirit to guide and remind us of the good things that He has performed and done for our salvation and redemption. I am sure many of you must have been very upset because this year also you could not participate in the Holy Week Liturgy which many of you attended online but not satisfied with it....since it was virtual......
We, in this part of UAE, Ras Al Khaimah, were fortunate to be allowed to celebrate Easter in full swing with all the celebrations. Our 40 days of lenten days were hectic and full of spiritual activities, like retreats in English and Mallayam, Friday till Sunday lenten liturgies were celebrated in full swing and attendance.
Since the close by parishes have been placed under certain conditions to celebrate Liturgies with limited numbers and a lot of conditions by the government, fair enough taking into the danger of spreading the virus. Many faithful attended services here in our Church and we have a lot of place.. The Holy week saw big crowds of faithful and our volunteers did a fabulous job in arranging and guiding the faithful in observering the government rules and guidelines......
