The creator of the ``world sets an example for the humanity ....example no one ever gave....example which became an inspiration for the successive generation to imitate and change the meaning of service where there is bending down, to wash the feet of creatures. Bending down to lift the drooping spirit of Human beings.
It was a unique and exceptional, extraordinary example of love, service and surrender. Although Jesus knew; Judas has plan to betray Him, Peter will deny Him thrice & His others disciples would run away! With d hands of selfless Service & with d heart of compassionate love & forgiveness, He washed their feet.
With this Lockdown, today we can't participate practically in the ceremony of the washing of the feet. Most Catholics will spiritually and emotional miss a lot. They will miss all the traditional fervour and enthusiasm in the Catholic Church. But with this Lockdown, can we breakdown our ego & bend-down to wash d feet of our own family members by Accepting as they are,
Loving, serving, listening, understanding & forgiving. There is Lockdown on a social gathering & not on the social media, so can we breakdown our walls of prejudices, hatred & jealousy & rebuild the broken relationships? Doesn't matter who was the wrong & who was the right, Can we be the first one to ask forgiveness?
Can we take the first step to send a loving message or to give a call & restart speaking & caring each other? Today really can I breakdown my Ego & bend-down & indirectly wash the feet of my family & relatives? Let's not forget that 👉🏻 If you selflessly wash the Feet of others, surely automatically you will be washing your own heart in the precious Blood & Water which springs forth from the Saviour Jesus Christ.
