The friars who work in Arunachal Pradesh told me that they are happy to be serving these people....the love and appreciation that we receive is tremendous....it encourages us to give more of ourselves....
The custom here is that people after the Mass come to shake hands with priests....everyone one...it is very touching and emotional when they kiss your hands with reverence.....they love the priests...
The workers who constructed the building with a lot of hardships....courageous young guys who are from different villages ....leaving families behind....these are local construction workers....normally they come from Assam.....

My visit was to encourage these young friars....they are full of life and smiles inspite of hardships and difficulties....do say a small prayer for these young friars....very daring to go into villages anytime of the day and night.....driving through bad roads...mucky and one can get stuck for hours.....
The women provide dry wood for the friars....cooking is all done with burning wood.....
The whole area is full of small and big waterfalls....it is a feast to our eyes....
