This monastery is just 6 years old. The sisters came from Vellor Monastery at the request of the Bishop of Pallayamkottai...Beautifully designed built....it is in the campus of the Bishop....so frequently visited by the Priests and Nuns and Lay people.....
The sisters are blessed and surrounded by the Peacocks which flood their compound....the sound of the Peacock does not disturb them but invite them to praise and thank the Lord...
It is very hot these days....hardly you see anything green outside the compounds of the cloister but within...yes all green...thanks to the Lord for the Ground water....which is plenty....
I am taking some classes for the sisters in Franciscan spirituality....
The sisters have three novices and two candidates....all together their number is 11 of them...
Pray for them...as it is new...there are a lot of needs to be met....your generosity is most welcome..
