 Listening to the Homily.....Rich and Poor Lazrus.....self-centredness of the rich man brings him to hell and the poverty and simplicity of Poor Lazrus grants him a place in the bosom of Abraham...

 It's I, You and We together build a community......sisters going round and appreciating one another....expressing sorrow for having hurt one another ....by words, deeds and action

 43 participants for the retreat....the FMM sisters run schools....most of them are teachers...doing a wonderful education ministry....

 The climate and surrounding in Kotagiri is very enchanting ......just lift your heart to the Lord and He speaks to you through the beautiful Creation

 Celebrated the 8th centenary of St. Francis and Sultan's encounter in Damietta.....sisters were happy to remember the encounter and pray for the inter religious dialogue all over the world

 They had questions regarding the encounter....about the courage and love of Francis towards others

 They pray everyday for all religious leaders to promote peace

 FMM sisters in Coimbatore.....they have schools here....45 sisters are attending the retreat

 Its annual retreat.....theme is Francis of Assisi and His relevance in today's society...

Classes in FISI on Franciscan Christology .......Happy Ending!!!!!!

One week intensive course in Franciscan Christology get over today....four classes a day....would pass very fast....I felt that the time was running very fast.....even the sisters would feel the same....

FISI is always green....now you can see just outside your room a banana tree wishing....lovely feeling to look at the fruit....

Sisters belonging to different Franciscan congregation come for 10 months diploma course....they are very happy with FISI and the teaching, environment, the staff, director and above all the food....and the serene atmosphere....it is a paradise .......they are extremely happy about everything....

Franciscan Spirituality Classes in FISI Bangalore India

I left Pune on Saturday afternoon by train which took 20 hours to reach Bangalore....from the station by Uber ....to FISI.....spirituality classes on the theme " Franciscan Christology".....I have been teaching here earlier but due to my assignment in Rome for last six years I could not take...I was invited by the director and I willingly accepted the invitation....last evening we had a common recreation......this morning our Eucharistic celebration.....at 9.15 we begin our classes....there are 15 students.....four classes a day....but I think I will enjoy the same...pray for me

Provincial Pastoral Visitation of La Verna Formation Fraternity.....

We were blessed with the presence of the Provincial Minister along with his secretary and Br. Anil Gonsalves who has recently returned from America after his studies. The visitation began on 13th afternoon meeting the formees....in the evening we had an hour of adoration conducted by me and provincial then gave his visitation message....then we continued our normal formation program and provincial continued meeting the formees......the next day morning he met the members of the fraternity ......in the evening he had a common meeting with the entire community.....on Sunday morning he concluded the visitation with the Sunday Eucharist......
