Listening to the Holy Father yesterday who touched the essential and important theme very much needed today in our society. He offered Jesus in such a way that anyone would accept the message, even a non-believer. He said that Jesus does not offer surrogates, but true, love, life and wealth. It is so true. This is what our people need. This is what people are in search of. Many of us are running after a temporary wealth negating the real spiritual wealth which we can easily find in the person of Jesus.
We are surrounded by so many problems and situations which threaten our life and existence but Jesus can change these situations into moments of life giving. Many people are running away from their lives.
Many end their lives because they are tempted to make big in life and do not arrive at….out of frustration finish the precious gift of life. We have to learn from Jesus to look beyond the present situation…go beyond our fears and troubles because Jesus can offer something life changing.
We all have a desire to have peace and happiness, seek life that is surrounded by positive energies and blessings. But we see that dangerous elements are trying to destroy this positive situation. Many of us fall prey to these designs of evil, we accept these designs in order to have a short lived happiness. We must not afraid of encountering these situations with the spirit of Jesus in us. We can grow and be successful in life if we give right and honourable place to Jesus in our lives.
