Juridical Relationships and Business in the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin By Br. Antonio Belpiede

Br. Antonio our procurator began this morning his talk on the juridical aspects in governing a province. He requested the provincials to write one letter with one subject and not many things in the same letter.

He then explained the most common acts: transfer to another institute, temporary exclaustration, dispensation from temporary vows, and from priestly celibacy, ipso iure dismissal, obligatory, facultative dismissal, delicta graviara (congregation for the doctrine of the faith), alienation of property, a dangerous omission, canonical erection of our houses and suppression of houses etc.

He then explained each case in detail. He also explained that each case has a procedure to be followed by the provincial council, the documents necessary, probationary period at least 3 years
