 Wishing that the Lord gives peace, a week rich and exchange, it’s a joy to have you with us….its a joy because you are our collaborators, we cant work unless you collaborate….the order lives….collaboration and exchange,

We are many this time…..for many it is for the first time, for council it is every year….coming from all part of the world, majority from Asia, numerous, from Japan, south Korea, Latin America

To live and feel that we are international and inter continental…..different cultures, mentality and situations …we are called to serve…..

There are some who are elected for one year, some months, some weeks, some were vicar provincials and have become provincials

We are called to be the guides, to animate the friars…..how to guide the friars and animate the province…..how to re-motivate and console the friars…the service of the province is described by animation…..

To share the experience of animation of the province, the challenges and tough moments in guiding and animating the friars…..

 

 there are young and senior friars who are elected as ministers.....
