In Frascati we eat well.......Mrs Maria and Elizabetha......good cooks

Today is the Feast of John the Baptist....in many parts of the Catholic world it is celebrated with joy and happiness....many places young boys jump into the water.....there are special sweets prepared for the occasion.....

 Here in Frascati....two cooks are cooking food which satisfies all....every one remembers these two women called Maria and Elizabeth....they cook with love and heart.....friars are happy and it facilitates the participation in a positive way...

 Maria is here for good number of years.......she loves learning other continental cooking too....she prepares Indian curries well

 Today we have chicken curry...prepared by me...a little spicy.....but tastes good...

 Brinjaul is a common vegetable found all over the world....In india it is considered to be vegetable of the Poor....Here in Italy it is eaten very often.....
