House of Life

This afternoon it was a moment of pride and honor for all the Capuchins in the world as we received an honor for the services rendered by Fr. Marie Bennett, OFM Cap. He was a French Capuchin and was the rector of our College in the city in early 19th Century. He saved the lives of those who were in danger of being killed by the Nazis. He did a heroic job by saving and protecting them. He gave them new life along with our Capuchin sisters who lived those days in our present General Curia.
