New Provincial Team in St. Francis Province Kerala

This morning we began the election procedures sharp at 830am with a hymn to the Holy Spirit. The chapter secretary took the roll call. Br. Michael then gave some instructions regarding the election and read out the election procedures from the statutes. The election went on smooth and all except on getting elected in the first scrutiny.

 Br. Luis provincial Minister of East Canada was present all through the election procedure.

 Each brother came to the presidential table and voted. There were four booths kept for the purpose. And it went on very well and quick too.

 The friars exercising  their right to vote. Young and old friars came forward to cast the vote.

 The New Provincial Minister, he is known as Sunil and has doctorate in Biblical science from Rome.
