I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE

The problem with most of us is that we don't know ourselves well so it becomes difficult to know the other well. There are many important and essential things which we ought to know but we don't know as a result there are hurdles in our growth. If i don't something i may not have the authority speak of it neither recommend it to others. Jesus knew the purpose and aim of His coming into the world and so He authoritatively He spoke and taught about it. His Name Jesus included the very purpose of His life. He taught the disciples so that they might teach and instruct others from their personal experience.

Personal experience of the Master becomes essential in sharing and preaching the good news. When a Dad tells his 7 year old son that he would teach him mathematics, the son replies immediately saying that how could you do that when you don't know simple calculations of the money. If i do not know about God and His workings in my life, it becomes extremely difficult to speak about Him. Many speak about Jesus without knowing Him, write about His many books without experiencing Him. It is good to know Him so that we could proclaim him all over the world. Many of us are willing to accept Jesus and his miracles but not ready to believe and accept the sacraments of the Church. Do I know the way, the truth and the Life.
