Arrival at Frascati

The Participants who arrived from countries were accommodated in the International college. This evening at 4.30pm we left college for Frascati and arrived after more than one hours as we met with a huge traffic. It is raining here in Rome but not like cats and dogs. The temperatures have come down and Frascati is colder as it is on top of the mountain. We were welcomed by the Guardian and General Secretary, Br. Clayton. We were assigned our rooms and then for some soft drinks. We are slowly settling down, many of us have been here for number of times so it is not a strange or unknown place but familiar.
Tomorrow morning we start with the Eucharist and then at 9am we start away directly with presentation of the Participants.
The Agenda is the following:
Current situation and redistribution of some conferences of the Order
Fraternal collaboration - Guidelines and practice
Economic Solidarity: steps toward self-support and organization
PCO VIII: Gathering of Ideas and proposals for the working group
Guidelines on the protection of minors and vulnerable adults
Constitutions and Ordinances: practical applications
Dismissal and departures from the Order
Ration Formationis

The participants would be taken for a visit to Via Piemonte to see the renovation work on the General curia.
