Normally we are in hurry to do something or achieve something or get something...but to be in haste is a different story.....to be in haste is for someone else.....you want some good to be performed or delivered....haste because you sense someone needs your help and support....you double your energies in order to reach to that person...in Haste you don't count the miles and troubles....in haste you cross hills, mountains and rivers with ease....you don't see time but you carry the person in need in your heart and mind with an intention of serving.
Mother Mary with a haste she is on the way to reach to Elizabeth to visit her.....she knew that help and her presence was needed....she forget everything....with one goal to offer support and help
The encounter is divine....both recognizing the presence of God in their lives
Both knew that God had entrusted a Mission to bring forth a precursor and a Savior for the world
They might have spoken all divine things and might have shared their divine experiences....what an encounter...
Today she is in haste to offer us the savior.....she comes running to our aid to offer us that divine experience...
Can we experience the joy that Elizabeth experienced? Can our hearts jump with joy when we come to pray to Mother Mary?
Let us cross mountains, rivers and hills to visit and encounter needy and poor....a real Christmas is when joy shared with all...
Let us decorate our hearts and minds with love and compassion...let us dance with the Music of love and service...
