Good examples Inspire and lead us on!!!!!!!!!!

Good examples make human life worth living. Good examples inspire and incite to live our call as human beings. Good examples teach us more than what we learn in schools or colleges. Good examples emerge out of a long faith journey, where ups and downs are part of the journey. Good examples come from people who are tested by fire and then their lives lead us to be tested.

I have learned in my animation that many young and old Friars look for examples to imitate. All of them just don’t go by our words and oratory. They want an animator who lives by faith and believes in what he communicates. They don’t want a political figure as an animator; they seek and look for someone who can inspire them to live their call. I fully agree and accept this desire on the part of the friars. Good examples of the animators walk many miles to remain in the heart and mind of friars.

For spiritual life we too need some good examples of spiritual and divine persons. Yesterday we heard about Zechariah who lived a faith-filled life. Today we have the examples of mother Mary who lived a perfect faith in communion with the Lord.
To consider oneself as servant of the Lord needs courage and faith, to offer completely and give consent to something that one does not understand is a pure and perfect act of faith.

What happens to Mother Mary happens to so many of us. Sometimes divine things do happen in our lives and they are beyond our not so strong belief.
Can we all say like Mother that may everything be done according to God’s words. To make such a commitment one needs to be listening, pondering, and meditating person who can then give consent to the Lord

Are we as human beings willing to consent to the will of God and the truths of God? Are we willing to surrender our human reasons, logic and science in order to do the will of God? Are we willing to walk and journey in life by faith and belief than by our limited human reasons and egoism?
