The presence of the Capuchins is now about 15 years old....the Bishop invited the friars to look after a small Catholic community....today the community has grown to be 300 families....in the due course the need of an english medium school was felt......the school is now 12 years old with 1050 students....many want admission but to lack of space and place the friars are constraint not to accept
The school annual day was celebrated .....both principal and vice- principal presented report and expressed gratitude to the teachers and parents....
The cultural evening was the hall mark of the day.......the boys and girls are very talented in sining and dancing
The various programs also included drama on mother Teresa and Bengali drama
Friary and the school in the same building....
The place place where the construction of a school building is going on.....
It is about 12km away from the present school......
We visited the place......very quite and peaceful for the purpose of education....
The work is in full swing....the friars supervise the work
