Fraternal solidarity Anand collaboration by ALwyn Dias

Br. ALwyn Dias is the vicar provincial of Holy Trinity province Karnataka. He presented the theme well. He began sharing how a collaboration works in the society, business and companies. He quoted some examples of some of the airlines which work together under collaboration. They have a big success because they all have trust and faith in each other. He said that the world is moving ahead because there is human collaborating.

He then shared about the fraternal collaboration which we have in the capuchin order. The order has taken this collaboration to a greater heights. We have a lot of collaboration with so many Friars. The CCMSI has entered into collaboration with Europeans, Americans and African provinces.

Collaboration brings renewal. It brings about give and take. It creates a renewed relationships. He quoted many times Pope Francis or encouraging this collaboration on all fronts. His uncompromising attitude his bringing a lot of change.
The provinces have began the collaboration. But there are some differences on the part of receiving and sending provinces. The Friars need to walk the talk. There is a lack of preparation and dialogue.
