Afternoon session - group discussion and Voting the proposals...

 We began this afternoon half an hour early.......at 3.30pm....we began discussing the proposals.....

 We are now in the hall voting the proposals.....one friar reads the proposals.....the various group secretaries then present whether they accept or not accept the proposals....then the whole assembly votes for the proposals....

 Br. Pio is thinking deeply about the proposal....
