Visitation of St. Anthony Province Goa ends

17 days of travel and visits to various places in Goa, it was not hectic but very relaxing one...the days went very fast.....i was able to meet all the friars of the province except one who is in Mumbai studying there......the friars young and old were very fraternal and welcoming to me....it was a pleasure to listen to them.....many had a lot of suggestions for the growth and development of the province.....the friars are enthusiastic to do something different than what has been done,,,,,the friars are all talented and gifted.....they can compete with anyone.....all they need is the fraternal push and fraternal will power.....they have it....i am very optimistic that this province can do much better.....a huge talent......young friars bubbling with life and energy....my best wishes and prayers for the entire brotherhood in Goa....
After visiting all the friars in the province i met the council....one councilor was absent as he had to accompany school students to Delhi.....we had a good meeting....i offered them suggestions for the areas where they need to immediately concentrate.....i also shared the hopes and expectations, worries and anxieties of some of the friars for the province.....they council agreed to all the suggestions and now it is left to the team to carry out and implement......
November they will be celebrating their mid term assembly....they would take up some of the suggestions and discuss about them....the team is full of energy and hopes....let us pray for them....
