The friary is a small house with minimum rooms. There are three friars. Two friars are parish priests in two parishes close by about 5km distance. They go in the morning and return in the evening or sometimes they are in the friary the whole day. Each parish has some two or three centers to look after. The friars are busy with pastoral activities. The people love and accept the capuchins. This place is extreme corner of Kerala bordering Tamil Nadu state.
Br. Sijo, is looking after two parishes and he is working here for last four years. He has built three churches all with the support of the local people. The people are poor but they do contribute in order to have a worship place.
This is Br. Erin, he too is looking after two parishes and doing marvelously well....both of them are young and dedicated.....they are happy to do this pastoral work....they are we'll connected to the friary...
This is the friary.....Br. Joseph is the Guardian, he has just finished his doctorate in Moral Theology. He goes round to teach in our own seminary and others too.....
The fraternity of three.....they have about four acres of land....some land is used for rubber cultivation........Br. Joseph....Guardian...
