After the Holy Mass, the friars all gathered in the Refectory to enjoy the festal meal. Caludio prepares various dishes on the occassion. He is too good as a cook. I prepared pork in Indian style. Indian dishes are always a huge success as nothing remains at the end. I inspired Br. Clayton to purchase some fresh pork which he did gladly.
