Ø  better organization required as not much of solidarity among us

Ø  one of the difficulties is communication among us because of distance. It is easy to come to Europe than in our counties
Ø  political problems also impedes us to come together

Ø  There is no perseverance of initial formation
Ø  Need of ongoing formation of formators

Ø  Work is notable in spite of difficulties
